JOB SUMMARY: Work directly with the Human Resources team to support the administration of the Acadian benefits program

  1. Support all benefit inquiries/calls related to 401(k)/ESOP, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Savings Account, and ancillary benefits
  2. Assist the Human Resources team with answering calls related to general HR inquiries
  3. Educate employees on all company benefits during new hire orientations
  4. Assist with data entry to include benefits enrollments, terminations, and other employee benefit changes
  5. Maintain knowledge of company benefit campaigns, vendor relationships, and enrollment processes to include new hire enrollment and open enrollment
  6. Process the payment of biweekly and/or monthly employer benefit invoices
  7. Perform general administrative work such as scanning, filing, copying, mailing, etc.
  8. Other duties as assigned

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. High School degree or equivalent
  2. Minimum of two (2) years of Benefits Administration experience and/or Human Resources experience required
  3. Maintain social, ethical and organizational norms.
  4. Maintain good personal motivation; develop a sense of ownership of job tasks and results
  5. Must have a sense of urgency for all work performed.
  6. Ability to work under the pressure of meeting strict deadlines.
  7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  8. Composition skills (letter writing, memorandums, documents); phone etiquette, experience w/Microsoft Suite and Google Suite products, public speaking experience, good organizational skills, previous customer service experience preferred, and basic math skills.
