Observer/Ride-Along Program
The Ride-Along Program is intended to give prospective EMTs, paramedics and those interested in a career in emergency medical services or with Acadian Ambulance a first-hand look at what it's like to work on an ambulance. Participants can observe Acadian Ambulance medics providing excellent and compassionate patient care and see how Acadian Ambulance operates.
Participants must shadow advanced life support (ALS) or basic life support (BLS) field operations crew members for a full shift. Current shift lengths are 12 hours and vary from day to night.
